We are now seeking a Group Manager for Operational Reactor Maintenance at Forsmark. Here you will lead a group with important expertise for nuclear power that is responsible for maintenance of reactor systems and the execution of fuel changes. The role suits you if you thrive close to operations and are motivated by developing both people, collaboration, and working methods. As a group manager, you will have a central role in creating conditions for the group's delivery, development, and long-term competence supply. You lead a group of approximately 17 employees who are placed in different parts of the operation and are supported by four work supervisors in daily work. Your Responsibilities In this role, you are responsible for leading, developing, and following up on the group's operations. You work closely with both employees, work supervisors, and other parts of the organization to create good conditions for collaboration and efficient working methods. Your main areas of responsibility are to: lead, coach, and develop the group's employees and work supervisors ensure the right competence and resources for operational needs be responsible for the group's budget, follow-up, and resource planning contribute to operational development and improved working methods create good cooperation with internal partners and contractors driving active work within safety, work environment, and quality participate in the unit's management group and contribute to the operation's joint development The Structural Integrity and Fuel Service unit consists of four groups and one staff. Together we work to develop operations and create conditions for efficient and safe maintenance implementations. Requirement Specification We are looking for you who have: experience leading people in an operational business experience with personnel, resource, or operational planning strong ability to create engagement, collaboration, and clarity in groups good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written It is meriting if you have: experience in a management role with personnel responsibility experience from technical maintenance, production, industry, or other operational activities experience with budget responsibility and operational development A present and clear leader who builds trust through dialogue, participation, and accountability. You are comfortable making decisions, creating structure, and driving matters forward even when conditions change.
