We have specialized nurse-based clinics for asthma/COPD, diabetes, heart failure, cognitive decline, and targeted health consultations. There is also a well-developed rehabilitation coordinator function at 100%, geriatric care clinic, lifestyle clinic, and a mobile care team. In telephone counseling and primary care triage, nurses handle the initial care smoothly with support from physicians, physiotherapist, and nursing assistants. As a registered nurse/district nurse, you will work with telephone counseling, care of acute patients, dressing changes, medical administration, and clinic work. You will also work with triage. QUALIFICATIONS The position requires that you are a licensed registered nurse or further educated district nurse with authorization to practice within Swedish healthcare. Swedish language proficiency at a minimum level C1 according to the Council of Europe scale is a requirement. Since travel is required in the position, a valid B driver's license is a requirement. It is advantageous to have previous experience working as a diabetes nurse and/or from work within primary care.
