Your qualifications Formal qualifications We are looking for someone trained as a nursing assistant. Experience in health and care is highly desirable. For the night shift, experience with night work is also desirable. If you have extensive and relevant experience in the health and care profession, this can replace the training requirement. You have good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. Digital tools are a natural part of the work, which means you need to be comfortable using computers and phones for documentation, alarm handling, and other technical aids. The work also requires good physical mobility, as situations arise that cannot be predicted and must be solved in a way suited to the situation. A driver's license and access to a car are an advantage, but not a requirement for the position. It is possible to take the bus to and from work with some schedule adjustments. If you prefer cycling, there is a nice bicycle path from Jönköping to Huskvarna all the way to Skärstad.
