School Counselor for Central Student Wellness Team - Work at Schools in Dalarna

Olympica is now seeking an engaged counselor who wants to work in our central student wellness team with a clear focus on promoting and preventing student health issues. Olympica operates schools with a holistic approach to learning where knowledge, safety, and health are interconnected. Our values are based on ensuring that every student receives the conditions to develop as far as possible, both academically and socially, in a safe and inclusive environment. The position is divided between Olympica's elementary schools in Hedemora F–6, Ludvika (Håksberg) F–6, and Leksand F–9. You will be an important part of a coordinated student wellness effort where collaboration, quality, and the student's best interests are always in focus. About the Role As a counselor with us, you will primarily work on promoting and preventing issues to strengthen students' mental health and create safe, inclusive learning environments. You will contribute to developing structures and approaches that benefit all students. You will be part of a central student wellness team together with other professionals where you collectively drive and develop preventive student health work. The work also includes intervention measures when needed. You will collaborate closely with school leadership, educators, and guardians, support staff, and participate in student wellness meetings. The work takes place at the organizational, group, and individual levels.
