Hedemora Energi is seeking a District Heating Operations Technician Do you want to work in the energy industry and manage production at our district heating and power generation facilities? Then you are the right person for this position. About the Position In district heating production, 12 employees work on the operation and maintenance of our district heating facilities in Hedemora and Säters municipalities. As an operations technician, you will manage our facilities, which involves supervision, operation, maintenance, and optimization of our various boilers and associated equipment. Planning, reporting, and follow-up are conducted in our maintenance system IDUS. On-call duty is included in the position. Your Profile We are looking for you—a confident and self-reliant operations technician with experience in energy production or similar work. You have relevant secondary education and at least three years of work experience. A driver's license is required. It is advantageous if you are a trained operations technician, hold a boiler operator certificate, have experience with district heating systems, and have experience maintaining industrial production facilities. Weekly Planner for Boliden's Operations Center in Garpenberg

Your Role Boliden's operations in Garpenberg are in constant development and we are now seeking a weekly planner for our operations center in Garpenberg. As a Weekly Planner at the Operations Center, you will have a central role in planning, scheduling, and prioritizing activities in the mine, with a continuous planning interval of three weeks. Your responsibilities include creating, updating, and maintaining weekly plans as well as coordinating projects and external partners that impact production. You will monitor production-related KPIs and participate in our continuous improvement efforts. You will work closely with our operations center technicians and provide support on planning-related matters and priorities, as well as during any emergency situations. In this role, you are a key person in creating the right conditions for safe and efficient production in the mine. Your Team You will be part of an engaged team consisting of five operations center technicians, four weekly planners, and one shift supervisor. Working hours are continuous 2-shift according to a 7-7 schedule. During the training period, you will work daytime or 7-7 day shift. Probation may be applied. Your Responsibilities Plan and prepare production schedules and workflows. Coordinate internal and external activities that impact operations. Participate in and lead morning meetings with production reviews. Monitor KPIs and participate in improvement groups. Support operations technicians in operational decisions and emergency situations. Analyze capacity and resources to ensure efficient processes. Compile reports on production and planning results. Your Contribution We are looking for someone with good communication and collaboration skills and who is comfortable in a driving and planning role. To succeed and thrive in the role, we see that you are structured, analytical, and comfortable taking responsibility and driving development forward. In a group, you enjoy taking on a leadership role, and you are not afraid to voice your opinion while being good at considering others' perspectives. Your good adaptability also makes you skilled at quickly evaluating and re-prioritizing actions when needed. You also need to have good computer skills and be comfortable working in different systems. We are looking for someone who has: High school education at minimum Experience in planning Good computer skills Good knowledge of Swedish and English Good planning ability Ability to work calmly, systematically, and solution-oriented even under pressure Class B driver's license Merits include: Experience in the mining industry or other similar industry. Experience in production planning within facilities, industry, or logistics. Education as a geologist, mining engineer, or other relevant field.
