Production Manager

Your responsibilities As Production Manager for Loading and Rock Transport, you are responsible for coordinating and implementing activities required to give production the best conditions to produce safely, efficiently, and to standard. Your focus is to optimize production and prepare for optimal flow. You are the one who realizes daily management in the field. An important part of the work is to collaborate and communicate with other parts of the production organization on matters that affect production. Some of your daily responsibilities will be to ensure that loading can be carried out according to plan, activate and prioritize machines according to guidelines, promote good quality and performance at loading and dump sites, and report deviations. As a production manager, you report directly to the Operations Manager of production management. Working hours are arranged in continuous K3 shifts, with morning, afternoon, and night shifts. What we're looking for You should have upper secondary education and experience from working in a mine. Knowledge of mine production and experience in planning production flows are merits. We are looking for someone who is good at seeing the big picture and as a person, you are expected to be solution-focused, proactive, and flexible. The position requires that you can make decisions and that you have strong collaboration skills with colleagues in your own organization and with other functions within and outside the mining department. You can express yourself well both verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English, and you have basic computer skills. A B-category driving license (manual transmission) is a requirement.
