About the Role We are looking for someone at the beginning of your career. A project typically spans 14 months, which gives you time to follow the entire chain – from design and procurement to installation, commissioning and handover to the aftermarket. You work based on established templates and processes, but with great scope for customer customization and technical responsibility. The department works with manufacturing blades and guide vanes for turbines. Finished castings are purchased from external casting suppliers and then processed through grinding, drilling, grading, and inspection. Approximately 50 employees currently work in the department, distributed across two managers, and work in various shift arrangements.
