Read more at www.degerfors.se 1 position(s). DUTIES As a unit manager, you have overall responsibility for operating the municipality's group and service homes. You lead and support your employees in daily work and actively ensure that operations are conducted in compliance with applicable legislation and guidelines. You will drive change and development initiatives, promote trust-based management, and ensure that all services are individually tailored and of high quality. The role also involves collaborating with relatives, external partners, and other operations within the municipality to ensure a holistic perspective on the residents' well-being. You will also be responsible for budgeting and personnel planning and work toward sustainable long-term development of our services. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with higher education in social work, care and support, or other education that the employer considers equivalent. Experience leading LSS operations is desirable. You have trust-based leadership and the ability to create an engaging work environment where employees' knowledge and initiative are valued. We also see that you have good knowledge of LSS legislation and an understanding of the unique needs within the sector's operations. You have excellent communication skills, are organized and flexible, and can handle both strategic and operational matters. You should also be able to make independent decisions and have the ability to adapt to change. A valid driver's license is required. Salary form: Monthly salary. Employment type: Permanent position.
