About the Role As Store Manager, you will be responsible for creating a secure and professional store environment where customers feel welcome and valued. Neurological diseases and conditions can affect patients of all ages, which means our patient population varies in terms of age and underlying conditions. Hospital stays range from one day to several weeks. Here, adult patients with diseases and injuries to the central, peripheral, and autonomic nervous systems are investigated and treated. Common disease groups that we investigate and treat include Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis (MS), normal pressure hydrocephalus (NPH), myasthenia gravis, and motor neuron disease (MND). We also see patients who have acutely developed inflammatory, autoimmune, or infection-triggered conditions with neurological symptoms such as encephalitis, meningitis, and Guillain-Barré syndrome. For patients being investigated or with epilepsy, there are two rooms for 24-hour EEG monitoring. The department has 12 care beds distributed across two teams. The day can consist of pre- and postoperative preparations, infusion treatments, medication administration and follow-ups, as well as caring for patients who arrive as planned or emergencies.
