This is a consulting assignment, which means you will be employed by StudentConsulting but hired out to our client. Examples of tasks: Welcome visitors and colleagues at the reception with high-quality service Receive orders for office supplies, fruit, and catering Answer phones, manage emails, book meeting rooms, check in visitors, and produce access cards/loan cards Handle trouble reports and always stay one step ahead of the customer Be helpful and responsive regarding the daily operations in contact with the customer. Ensure that the premises are in top condition and that conference technology functions optimally. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are looking for someone with at least upper secondary education, preferably with work experience in the service sector. You are fluent in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. It is important that you—for both your own safety and that of others—can communicate clearly with others and can read and understand written instructions in both Swedish and English.
