About the job We are looking for a customer service advisor with technical competence and strong administrative skills for our service facility in Sundsvall (Birsta). You will be the face of our company to our customers and serve as a link between our customers and our service staff at the facility. Your main responsibilities Your primary role is to plan and allocate the workshop's workload and ensure that communication with customers and suppliers runs smoothly. Together with your colleague, you will provide the technical support and guidance that our service technicians need to carry out service and repair work. The role also includes workshop administration, invoicing, and handling complaints against suppliers. You will also receive customers via phone and in the workshop. To succeed and thrive in this role You have: Relevant background and probably a few years of experience with similar tasks Strong knowledge of Swedish and English, spoken and written Good computer skills Driver's license category B Strong administrative skills Previous experience in automotive-related work and good knowledge of vehicle mechanics are highly valuable.
