You dare to make decisions, set expectations, delegate and follow up when something is not working. What do we offer? At Thelins, you will have an independent role with the opportunity to influence both your store and your team. You will have a clear area of responsibility and the mandate to make decisions within day-to-day operations. At the same time, you will not be alone. You will be part of an organization with other store managers and management who are there to support you when a situation requires decisions or help outside your area of responsibility.
