Key Responsibilities
In the role, you will, among other things:
Handle customer orders and related administration
Work with invoicing issues and customer matters
Be an important contact point for customers and internal functions
Collaborate with colleagues in the Nordic region
Participate in projects and improvement initiatives
Contribute to the development of processes and workflows
Work in business systems and digital tools
We Are Looking For
We believe you have several years of experience from customer service, order administration, coordination, or similar roles.

Qualifications
Experience in customer service, administration, or order management

Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Experience with SAP is a merit
Understanding of Scandinavian languages is a merit
Experience from medical technology or other regulated industry is a plus

Working Hours, Start Date, and Scope
Working hours are office hours Monday to Friday. This is a parental leave substitute position for approximately 12 months with a desired start date as soon as possible, preferably during November. For the right person, there may be opportunities to continue within the organization, but the employment initially concerns a temporary position.
You will be directly employed by our client and work from the office in Danderyd, Stockholm with good transportation options.
