Onsite Technician

We are looking for an onsite technician who wants to contribute to smooth IT operations for our employees. About the Position As an onsite technician, you will work with IT-related tasks on-site such as support, troubleshooting, hardware replacement, and cabling. Together with your colleagues, you contribute to creating a seamless and efficient work environment for end users. In your work, you handle both simple and more complex support cases. About You We are looking for someone with at least upper secondary education and/or IT technical training, plus equivalent experience that we consider equivalent. You have several years of experience in onsite support as well as knowledge and experience with ticket management, Windows client operating systems, office networks, and patching. In addition, you have experience managing IT equipment and experience troubleshooting in IT environments and IT equipment. You also bring technical IT competence such as computers, networks, and operating systems, as well as knowledge of Windows and networking. It is also an advantage if you have experience working with ServiceNow as a ticket management system.
