We are growing and are now looking for you to take a central role in our solar cell operations – as a project manager and project leader for our installations. You will become a key person in the chain between sales, installation, and customer, ensuring that every project is executed correctly, from start to finish. About the Role As a project manager with us, you are responsible for quality assurance and driving our solar cell projects forward. You work closely with both customers and installation teams, and your main responsibilities will be to: Design the projects – verify that the sales team has sold the right solution and that it is technically feasible to install solar panels, batteries, and inverters according to the quote. Take over customer responsibility – be the customer's primary contact throughout the entire installation process and provide support along the way. Install rails and solar panels on the roof, so that electricians can then connect the system. Lead a team of installers – plan, coordinate, and drive the projects as a project manager on-site. We believe you: Have previous experience installing solar panels (required). Are confident in leading and delegating work within a team. Have strong communication skills and enjoy customer interaction. Are organized, thorough, and can independently plan and drive projects forward. Hold a driver's license (required, as the work involves traveling between projects in the Stockholm area). Experience in project management and/or with batteries and inverters is a plus.
