About the Position As an HR partner, you work closely with operations and serve as an important link between the HR and Communications department and the business units. You are a strategic partner for managers and participate in management groups within one or more operational areas. In this role, you have an important task in identifying needs, prioritizing initiatives, and ensuring that the HR perspective is included in the organization's development. Through close relationships, knowledge, and a broad HR mandate, you ensure that established processes, tools, methods, and policies are implemented and used by the organization, creating a unified approach within FMV. The work is varied and you work broadly with different HR matters such as skills supply, labor law issues, salary formation, work environment, and change management. The work takes place in close collaboration with HR assistants, recruiters, communicators, and HR strategists to ensure coordinated and operations-focused HR support. Looking ahead, you are expected to participate in development projects based on operational needs and contribute to developing the HR and Communications department's internal working methods and processes, including work on digital transformation and AI. The position is based in Stockholm. Business travel may occur. About You We are looking for someone with a university degree in HR/behavioral science or similar, or equivalent work experience that FMV considers equivalent. You also have several years of current experience in a corresponding HR role where you have worked independently with broad HR work and common HR processes. Your experience has included providing independent operational and strategic support to the organization through a coaching approach. You have strong knowledge of labor law and confidently apply your knowledge in practice. Additionally, you have digital maturity and are experienced working in various IT systems and programs. The position requires you to communicate well in Swedish both verbally and in writing. It is advantageous if you have relevant experience from working in an HR function within the public sector, as well as knowledge of the public sector collective agreement area. If you have experience conducting difficult conversations and knowledge of conversation methodology, that is an advantage. We also welcome candidates with knowledge of and interest in digital transformation and AI applications in organizational and business development, but this is not a requirement.
