We are looking for someone who is analytical, business-oriented, and confident in controlling, and who wants to contribute their expertise by transforming data and financial information into relevant analyses and decision-making support. About the Role As a Controller, you will have broad responsibility with a focus on analysis, monitoring, and financial management. You will work closely with operations and prepare, analyze, and present financial information to support decision-making and monitoring. This role is perfect for you if you enjoy analyzing financial information, identifying drivers, and turning data into business insights. You will use Excel as a central tool in your daily work and are expected to be able to structure, analyze, and visualize data efficiently. The work also involves many touchpoints and collaboration with different parts of the organization. Placement: Stockholm North Main Responsibilities Analysis and monitoring of results, costs, and key metrics Prepare and compile reports and financial decision-making materials Budget and forecasting work Monitor actual performance against budget and forecast, and analyze variances Develop and enhance relevant KPIs and analysis materials Process and analyze large datasets and work advanced in Excel Provide financial support and analysis to operations Identify improvement opportunities in reporting and financial processes Participate in various projects and ad hoc analyses within the finance area Qualifications We are looking for someone with experience in controlling, analysis, or a related finance function. To succeed in this role, you need to have excellent Excel skills and be comfortable working with large datasets, analyses, and reporting. We would like you to have: Relevant academic education in finance or equivalent Experience in controlling, financial analysis, or similar tasks Excellent Excel skills Good understanding of financial monitoring, analysis, and management Good system knowledge and interest in working data-driven Excellent Swedish and English skills, both verbal and written Experience from a larger organization or group is a merit About You As a person, you are analytical, structured, and curious, with the ability to see both details and the bigger picture. You have a solution-oriented approach and enjoy driving your work forward independently. At the same time, you are communicative and have an easy time collaborating with different parts of the organization. You do not need to have worked with all areas of controlling previously. What is more important is that you have a strong analytical interest, are very skilled in Excel, and want to continue developing in controlling.
