We are an appreciated restaurant with a strong focus on the complete experience – from the kitchen to the dining room and bar. We are now seeking an engaged and experienced Bar Manager/Bartender who wants to take responsibility for our evening bar and help develop our beverage experience. We're looking for someone who is passionate about cocktails, service, and quality, and who wants to create memorable evenings for our guests. As bar manager, you will be an important part of our team and responsible for maintaining high standards in the bar regarding taste, presentation, pace, and guest service. Responsibilities As Bar Manager/Bartender, you will be responsible for the daily bar operations during evening hours. Your duties include: Manage the bar's evening operations and ensure high quality standards. Create and serve cocktails, drinks, and other beverages with a focus on taste and presentation. Develop the drink menu and contribute new ideas for cocktails and beverages. Provide guests with professional recommendations on wine, cocktails, and other drinks. Ensure organization, mise en place, and that the bar is always well-prepared. Order and manage inventory, raw materials, and the bar's supplies. Ensure that hygiene and safety procedures are followed. Work closely with service and kitchen staff to create a complete guest experience. Train and support other bar staff as needed. Who We're Looking For We're seeking someone who: Has bartending experience and preferably experience in a supervisory role. Has a strong interest in cocktails, flavors, and drink combinations. Is creative and enjoys developing new drinks and concepts. Is service-oriented and enjoys creating personalized guest experiences. Is organized, responsible, and comfortable working independently.
