Welcome to one of Sweden's largest IT departments. The Product Area IT Workplace & Basic Infrastructure is responsible for developing, managing and ensuring IT workplace solutions. We deliver cost-effective and secure IT services based on Försäkringskassan's needs – from development to decommissioning – and ensure that our solutions meet requirements for accessibility, capacity and security. We are seeking an IT coordinator for the Workplace Office Support unit who wants to contribute to further developing and improving our deliveries, ensuring stable operations and creating even better conditions for a modern and secure IT environment. Planning, coordination, responsibility, development In your role as IT coordinator, you will work operatively in a team together with product managers to ensure and develop our services for Försäkringskassan and connected authorities. Your main tasks and areas of responsibility within the team involve the product lifecycle, where the management of IT equipment delivered to our services and end users is coordinated. The product lifecycle manages client equipment such as computers and mobile phones as well as meeting equipment and other client equipment that is part of the IT workplace. The tasks consist of planning, ordering, logistics, decommissioning, follow-up and collaboration within and outside the team as well as supplier contacts, to ensure that tasks are handled according to agreements and needs. Beyond this, you participate in the team's and unit's joint activities and have an important role in planning and coordinating deliveries so that the right resources and efforts are in place at the right time. Your work is characterized by a holistic perspective where you base your approach on business needs and ensure that our services function smoothly and efficiently. To succeed in this role, you need a structured working approach. You have a good understanding of management by objectives, time and resource planning and can quickly grasp complex issues. You take your own initiative, drive work forward and ensure it leads to concrete results. The position involves handling confidential information which places high demands on proper handling. Therefore, it is important that as someone who will work with us, you have a high level of security awareness. It is a job for someone who wants to take responsibility. We are looking for you who has a university degree or experience and qualifications that can be deemed equivalent has knowledge and understanding of management by objectives as well as time and resource planning has the ability to quickly grasp different issues and see the bigger picture acts on your own initiative and takes responsibility for achieving good results collaborates effectively with others to reach common goals has a systematic and thorough working approach has good communication skills, both verbally and in writing has good knowledge of Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
