District Manager with Personnel Responsibility in Stockholm
This is the role for you if you're not satisfied with how things are but see how they can become. You build your own team, set the tone for the entire district, and drive development forward.
We're looking for you who lead with engagement and change-making ability. Who rolls up your sleeves, leads by example, and helps people grow. Who dares to think differently and makes a real difference, every day.
The role includes, among other things, that you:
Recruit, lead, motivate, and develop staff in your district, from onboarding and training new employees to ongoing follow-ups and feedback
Are responsible for a safe, professional, and engaging work environment
Plan and ensure adequate staffing and the right conditions for operations
Build and maintain relationships with our partners and are Cherry's local face outward
Drive the district's development and results forward with support from the District Manager and Regional Manager
To stay close to operations, guests, and your employees' daily work, you also work yourself behind our gaming tables occasionally and visit the operation. Previous experience as a croupier is not required but is a merit.
We're looking for you who
Have experience leading and developing people, or a clear willingness and maturity to step into a leadership role
Are responsible, structured, and confident in making your own decisions
Are a relationship builder who creates engagement, participation, and good morale among employees, guests, and partners
Are solution-oriented, driven, and enjoy working in an environment where things happen
If you enjoy being the person others turn to, and you're motivated by seeing your team succeed, you'll thrive with us.
What we offer
A varied and responsible leadership role with considerable autonomy and responsibility for a team of approximately 60-70 employees, with a stable and market-leading employer. You'll have close contact with both people and operations, good opportunities to make an impact, and a daily life that's rarely the same twice.
Practical information
The role is equivalent to a full-time position. The role requires personal responsibility and flexibility; work is scheduled during daytime, evenings, nights, and weekends according to your own scheduling. A driver's license and access to a car are required.
