Personal Assistant – For Those Who See Possibilities Beyond Limitations

Would you like a job where you can be playful, creative, and present while making a real difference for another person? Then perhaps you're the one we're looking for. Lukas is almost 11 years old and lives in Säter with his family. He's a cheerful and charming boy with multiple functional support needs. He requires significant support in his daily life, but above all, he needs people around him who see him for who he is – who see the possibilities beyond the limitations and who believe in him and his abilities. We are now looking for a personal assistant who wants to become an important person in Lukas's life and help create a safe, fun, and meaningful everyday routine. A typical afternoon with Lukas You pick up Lukas from school and respond to his daily condition and needs. Some days you might take a walk, explore nature, or do an activity in the local area. Other days it might be better to have a calm time at home with play, sensory stimulation, or relaxation. Lukas communicates in several different ways. Therefore, it's important that you are curious, grounded, and attentive, and willing to get to know his expressions to understand what he wants to communicate. You have the ability to let go of what's happening around you and truly be here and now with Lukas. About the role Lukas needs support in all aspects of his daily life, including: • Mobility assistance • Personal care and hygiene • Tube feeding • Inhalations when needed • Exercise and massage • Sensory stimulation • Play, activities, and rest No two days are exactly alike. You follow Lukas's needs, signals, and daily condition and help him have the best days possible. Previous experience is not required. We'll provide you with the introduction and training you need to feel confident in the role. Work hours The position is primarily scheduled for weekdays approximately 13:15–18:00, with some flexibility. Occasional weekend shifts may occur. In the future, activities such as horseback riding, swimming, and various outings may also become part of the routine. Who are you? We believe you: • Are warm, positive, and playful • Are confident and responsible • Are curious and open to learning • Have a big heart for children who need extra support • Are creative and take initiative • See possibilities rather than limitations • Are attentive to other people's needs • Have good physical ability since mobility assistance is part of the work • Want to contribute to Lukas's development and quality of life • Enjoy a family-like environment and like dogs What matters most to us is not what you've worked with before, but who you are as a person – your willingness to learn and the safety, joy, and care you bring into your relationship with Lukas. What if everything is possible? We believe in Lukas. We believe in his development and potential. Therefore, we're looking for you to help create the conditions for him to feel good, develop, and discover the world in his own unique way. You don't need to have all the answers. It's enough if you feel: "I see the individual behind what might be difficult. I believe in Lukas and want to be part of making a real difference." Do you recognize yourself in this description? Then we look forward to hearing from you! Company information Move & Walk Assistans.

Project Manager at Aranya

Are you an experienced project manager who thrives at the intersection of technology, business, and customers? Do you want to lead complex customer projects in mission-critical network and security infrastructure – from design and implementation to deployment? Are you drawn to the opportunity to help develop both project delivery and project methodology in a growing company? Then the role of Project Manager at Aranya might be your next step. About Aranya Aranya was founded in 2014 and is today one of Sweden's leading companies in network communication and security-related services. The company offers operations and service delivery of mission-critical networks and security environments, as well as related consulting and product services. With leading expertise in network security and many prestigious certifications, Aranya has a strong offering and a clear ambition to continue developing both its services and its employees. Aranya's corporate culture is family-oriented and characterized by high competence and strong customer commitment. To leverage employees' different strengths and create a winning team, Aranya places great emphasis on knowledge sharing, both at the strategic level and in daily work. About the Project Manager Role As a Project Manager at Aranya, you will have overall responsibility for leading and driving technical customer projects, from initiation and planning through implementation, deployment, handover, and closure. The project is based on Aranya's product portfolio in networking and security and can, for example, include LAN, Wi-Fi, lifecycle changes, and related network areas, but the role also encompasses other technical change projects. You will work closely with customers, technical specialists, architects, field technicians, suppliers, and partners, becoming a key person for creating structure, momentum, and clarity throughout the project. You don't need to configure network equipment yourself, but you have a good technical understanding that allows you to lead specialists, understand technical dependencies, and translate complex issues into clear decisions for the customer. The role also includes the opportunity to participate in procurement and Pre-Sales, where you can contribute your project management experience with Sales on upcoming customer assignments. Your main responsibilities: Lead rollout, implementation, and change projects within LAN, Wi-Fi, and IT infrastructure. Own project scope, objectives, deliverables, timeline, budget, quality, and resource planning. Plan and coordinate projects across multiple offices, facilities, or geographic locations. Coordinate customers, technical specialists, suppliers, partners, and other stakeholders. Ensure planning of installation, testing, deployment, acceptance, and handover to support or operations. Identify and manage risks, deviations, and changes, and ensure clear reporting to customer and steering committee. Ensure that project documentation, communication, and financial tracking maintain high quality. Contribute to developing Aranya's project methodology, processes, and working practices. About You We are looking for someone with at least five years of experience independently leading technical projects and who holds a valid and verifiable project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2). You have experience with rollout, implementation, or deployment projects within IT infrastructure and are comfortable driving projects with multiple locations, technical resources, suppliers, and stakeholders. You have a good understanding of networks and IT infrastructure and how networks, security, operations, and business-critical services interconnect. Experience with, for example, WAN, firewalls, or managed services is a plus. You are comfortable collaborating with technical experts, understanding technical conditions and dependencies, and assessing how different technical decisions impact time, cost, quality, and risk. As a person, you are structured and methodical and skilled at creating clarity even in complex projects. You are stable and remain calm when conditions change or when the project faces time pressure. At the same time, you are relationship-oriented and enjoy building trust with both customers, colleagues, and partners. When problems arise, you take a solution-oriented approach and focus on how the project can best move forward. Essential for the role: Valid and verifiable project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2). At least five years of experience in independent project management within technology/IT. Experience with complex implementation, deployment, or rollout projects within IT infrastructure. Good understanding of network and security infrastructure. Experience with project planning, budgeting, resource planning, risk and change management. Very strong communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Ability to create structure, momentum, and good relationships in complex project environments. Aranya's Offering Aranya offers you an environment where employee well-being and professional development are in focus. Since its founding in 2014, Aranya has experienced steady and profitable growth every year, and you will work with market-leading expertise in networks and security. You are offered flexibility in where you work and a good balance between work and leisure. Other Details Start: By agreement Scope: Full-time Location: Solna, Stockholm A background check will be conducted prior to employment. Do you find the Project Manager role at Aranya interesting? Submit your application today! We at Needo look forward to hearing from you.
