We are now seeking an engaged and meticulous Operational GRC Specialist who wants to take a key role in our AFT business area (Administrative and Financial Services), which handles a broad range of the company's corporate financing. About the Role
As an Operational GRC Specialist, you will work in the AFT business area and become part of the first line of defense. You will be an important part of the business area's operational work with risk management, internal controls, and regulatory compliance. You will contribute to the business area's development by translating regulatory requirements and internal regulations into practical working methods that create value for the operation and our customers. In this role, you will have broad contact surfaces and collaborate with both internal functions and external stakeholders. You are involved in both operational and strategic matters and contribute to developing the business area's control environment, processes, and working methods. Some of your key responsibilities include:
· Ensuring that internal controls are conducted, documented, and followed up on.
· Identifying deficiencies, incidents, and improvement areas, and following up on action plans.
· Providing support during internal and external audits and collaborating with other and third lines of defense.
· Contributing with decision-making materials, analyses, and frameworks for change initiatives and product development.
· Driving training initiatives and competency-building activities within your area of responsibility.
Experience and Requirements
We are looking for someone with a relevant university or college degree. You have experience working with risk management, compliance, or internal controls within a regulated operation. You have a good understanding of regulatory requirements with a strong interest in both the business and regulatory processes. You have very good knowledge of the Office Suite and are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
