About Guldbröllopshemmet Guldbröllopshemmet is located on Södermalm. The facility has 44 permanent places, with a dementia focus and a department with psychiatric focus. We are a dementia-certified residential facility, which means everyone who works here is trained in dementia and person-centered care through Vardaga's Dementia Academy. We have a partnership with the company Ung Omsorg. This means a team of young people ages 14–18 visit us on weekends and holidays. A typical afternoon with Lukas You pick up Lukas from school and respond to his daily condition and needs. Some days you might take a walk, explore nature, or do an activity in the local area. Other days it might be better to have a calm time at home with play, sensory stimulation, or relaxation. Lukas communicates in several different ways. Therefore, it's important that you are curious, grounded, and attentive, and willing to get to know his expressions to understand what he wants to communicate. You have the ability to let go of what's happening around you and truly be here and now with Lukas.
