Your role as Regional Manager is to run a profitable region with profitable growth. This is achieved through strong business acumen, results focus, inclusive leadership, change management, and clear communication to ensure high conceptual standards, satisfied customers, and strong teams. Your areas of responsibility: Ensure efficient, profitable stores with growth Work toward conceptually strong stores with the customer in focus Exercise leadership that develops and engages individuals and teams In the region, everyone works with and for each other as a team. Through participation and clear communication, you develop the region so that it is characterized by forward momentum, energy, and a sales-driven culture. You are confident and stable in your leadership. Because of that, you succeed in creating great results and you dare to challenge your store managers so they become strong and goal-focused leaders while having fun at work. You are also an important part of the larger Stadium Sweden team where you work closely with your four Regional Manager colleagues and sit in the operational management group for Stadium Sweden. You are comfortable using English in your work as certain contexts and meeting forums are conducted in English, particularly with your Finnish colleagues. Region West consists of 18 stores from Skövde in the north, Kungsbacka in the south to Växjö inland with Gothenburg as the hub of the region. What qualifications are required? Post-secondary education in retail, economics, leadership, or equivalent experience in retail Several years of experience in a leadership position in retail with P&L and personnel responsibility Very strong digital competence A driver's license is a requirement for the position It is a merit if you have experience leading other leaders. Duration The position is a permanent, full-time employment with a start date by agreement. We use probationary employment.
