About the Role As Tech Lead at PostNord, you'll be responsible for guiding our development team and ensuring successful delivery of software projects. Your role will include: Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications Build and maintain a microservices architecture Implement best practices in software development and ensure high code quality Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features Guide and coach team members to foster their professional development Drive the adoption of agile methodologies and DevOps principles Drive the team's use of AI and agentic AI tools in development work – efficiently, securely, and in accordance with PostNord's AI and data protection policies Ensure stability and scalability for our applications in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Several years of experience in software development with a strong focus on full-stack development Very good knowledge of Java Spring Boot and Angular, React, or equivalent frontend frameworks Experience building microservices Understanding of container orchestration platforms and experience deploying software in production environments Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP Experience with AI-assisted development (e.g., GitHub Copilot) and good understanding of agentic AI Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability Excellent communication and collaboration skills Documented experience delivering high-quality software solutions on schedule Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps principles is a plus Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written Desirable Experience: Mobile app development Experience building solutions with LLMs and agentic frameworks We Believe You Are a Person Who Is: Thorough, analytical, and quick at learning new systems Inclusive, structured, and responsible in your approach to work Capable of handling stressful situations and independently prioritizing tasks Communicative and easy to collaborate with, with strong relationship-building skills What We Offer You We offer varied work in an international environment with constantly new challenges and quick decision-making.
