At the municipality's Contact Center, we work with varied tasks with a focus on always delivering high-quality service to all of the municipality's citizens. We answer general questions and also handle many of the cases that come into the municipality. The Contact Center serves as the gateway to the municipality for Södertälje's citizens. We are now looking for three new colleagues to strengthen our team. Are you the one we're looking for? Your Tasks As a Municipal Guide, no two days are alike. You receive citizens' questions and cases to the municipality via phone, reception, and email.
