Drive improvements in processes and working methods.
Transform business needs into digital solutions using data, automation, and AI.
Develop structures for information, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
Improve management systems and collaboration spaces in SharePoint.
Follow up on implemented solutions and ensure practical value.
What We're Looking For
Relevant university education in areas such as business administration, industrial economics, engineering, or business development.
Experience in digitalization, process development, information management, or similar areas.
Ability to drive improvements from idea and needs analysis through implementation.
Good understanding of how data can be used in processes and decision-making.
Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders in a complex organization.
Technology & Tools
Microsoft 365 and SharePoint, including permissions and information structures.
Power Platform, particularly Power Automate and Power BI.
Information architecture, metadata, and document management.
Generative AI, Microsoft Copilot, or similar AI tools.
Automation and digital collaboration environments.
Practical Information
Location: Södertälje
Work arrangement: On-site, five days per week
