What You Will Do Develop and manage business architecture for production-near IT. Drive feasibility studies, needs analyses, and gap analyses. Identify improvement opportunities in processes, information flows, and IT support. Create visualizations and decision support materials for complex relationships. Facilitate dialogue, prioritization, and decisions between business and IT. What We're Looking For Relevant academic education or equivalent work experience. Good understanding of business processes, information flows, and value streams. Experience translating business needs into processes, IT solutions, or architectural direction. Ability to analyze complex relationships from an end-to-end perspective. Experience collaborating with stakeholders in both business and IT.
