About the Role as Support Assistant As a support assistant, you will work to provide individually tailored support to people with functional variations, with the goal of promoting their independence and well-being in daily life. You will support the residents in their daily routines and activities, based on their needs and abilities, and always use their personal implementation plan as a starting point. We work with a salutogenic and pedagogical approach, where we start from each individual's unique strengths and resources. Visits can include: conversation and social community, walks and outings, café and restaurant visits, reading aloud, music, games, or other interests, support in staying in touch with friends and family, company during errands and activities, community, communication, and presence beyond words, for example through music or reading aloud. The work requires that you can adapt to the customer's condition and let the customer's needs guide the visit.
