Eskobar: The participants in this group need clear structure and predictable routines. Participants need communication through various forms of visual supports, and we are looking for you with documented experience working with AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication). We work with low-arousal approaches and clarifying pedagogy. The unit has high staff density in relation to the number of participants. Fyrklövern: In this group, you support participants who have significant and varying needs in their daily lives. The focus is on social interaction and creating meaningful and stimulating activities. Participants need adapted physical and communicative support. You lead and plan collective activities both in groups and individually. Your work tasks also include assisting with medication distribution, handling physical and digital aids, and performing delegated and prescribed healthcare services in accordance with the Health and Medical Services Act (HSL). Your knowledge and experience are valuable, and it is part of your role to contribute to developing our shared working methods. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you with upper secondary education and approved grades from a care and assistance program or children's and leisure program, or equivalent education. It is beneficial if you have knowledge of conversation methods such as social stories or visual supports. Experience with clarifying pedagogy, low-arousal approaches and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) is desired. We have 20 vehicles throughout Skaraborg. Flushing trucks, SLAM/ADR vehicles, dry vacuum trucks, property maintenance vehicles, and camera trucks. This growth creates opportunities, and we are now looking for a driven and customer-focused sewer line inspection camera truck driver at XR Miljöhantering based in the Skövde area. Main responsibilities: As a sewer line inspection camera truck driver, you will work in a good team providing suction and flushing-related services to customers, primarily within wastewater maintenance. The work is performed for private individuals, businesses, and municipalities. Your task is to provide customers with the best possible documentation of how their sewer systems look. Camera inspection involves setting up a camera truck and filming pipe lines according to the customer's specifications. This provides customers with information about what measures need to be taken on their pipe systems. We handle everything from investigating blockages in sewers to inspecting new pipelines before they are put into service. Your vehicle is equipped with the latest technology and is of very high quality. In this role, you work closely with our local transportation management. Of course, you are also always ready to address customer questions and opportunities that may arise on-site. Qualifications & merits: We are looking for someone with previous experience in the driver profession who now wants to develop further. You are service-oriented and have a good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. A major focus will be on customer interactions; you must be skilled at engaging with customers in various situations, demonstrate patience, and be able to explain things in an accommodating manner. The work requires that you have a service mentality and enjoy working systematically. Requirements: Valid C and CE driving license, valid YKB license. Background check will be conducted upon hiring.
