About the role Work in a specialist role in manufacturing technology and cutting operations. Drive the development, validation, and implementation of new cutting technologies. Contribute to more efficient, robust, and competitive manufacturing processes. Collaborate with internal functions and external technology partners. What you will do Monitor technology and market developments in cutting operations. Test, evaluate, and implement cutting tools and process solutions. Carry out advanced problem-solving and continuous improvement work. Plan, lead, and support work packages within projects. Participate in procurement and purchasing of cutting tools. We are looking for someone who has A degree in engineering or equivalent relevant experience. Practical and theoretical experience with cutting operations. Knowledge of metallic materials and their impact on machining processes. Ability to translate theory into practical and sustainable production solutions. Experience driving or contributing to technical projects.
