Your responsibilities with us As Service Manager, you have overall responsibility for the service operation at our Skövde facility, which includes the workshop, parts department, and property. You lead an organization of approximately 18 employees and have full responsibility for personnel, budget, and results. You manage the day-to-day operations, but also look ahead and actively work to develop methods, people, and business. An important part of your mission is to create structure, direction, and good conditions for the team to succeed. You monitor the operation's goals and key performance indicators, identify improvement opportunities, and drive development forward with a focus on quality, efficiency, and profitability. Lean and continuous improvement are a natural part of the work. A large part of the role involves people and relationships. You actively work with the team's development, build good customer relationships, and ensure that we deliver the quality and service our customers expect. As the ultimate responsible person at the facility, you become an important link between employees, customers, and other parts of Finnvedens Lastvagnar. You report directly to the Service Market Manager. Who are you? We're looking for someone with previous experience leading staff and who is comfortable with responsibility involving both people, finances, and results. You have experience with budgeting and financial monitoring and enjoy working in a structured way toward clear goals and key performance indicators. You are administratively skilled, have good organization in your work, and the ability to follow up, analyze, and translate results into concrete activities. We would like you to have experience within the industry from heavy vehicle or workshop operations, for example trucks, buses, construction equipment, or similar. If you also have good knowledge of the local market and the industry in Skaraborg, we see that as an advantage. Experience with Lean, 5S, and quality and environmental work is a merit. A B-class driver's license and good knowledge of Swedish and English are requirements. A C-class driver's license is a merit.
