Knowledge of EU institutions, their functions, basic principles of operation, and decision-making processes. Knowledge of international organizations, including the OECD, and their basic principles of operation. Knowledge of EU legislation and its application. Understanding of the policy priorities within the ministry's competence at national and international levels. Knowledge of the state's foreign policy priorities and diplomatic protocol. English language knowledge at least at B2 level (justification of requirements – the position's duties include representing the ministry and providing opinions in various international formats, preparing materials and documents, and requesting documents and information in English from other countries). Desirable knowledge of another EU official language (preferably French) at a level that allows for communication, use of documents, and literature in the performance of job duties. Ability to set priorities, plan, organize, and control one's work. Communication and argumentation skills.
