We expect:
higher academic education or second-level professional higher education, or final-year student status (preference given to legal studies education);

Main duties in the position of court expert:
conduct expertise in handwriting and signature examination specialization;
prepare expert reports and other documents in accordance with applicable legal requirements;
participate in procedural actions upon request of the procedural director.
*If a court expert candidate has not obtained a court expert certificate in handwriting and signature examination specialization according to the Court Experts Law, we provide training in the respective specialization.
Main duties during training:
master the basics of handwriting and signature examination according to the training program approved by the Court Experts Board;
perform training expertise work under the supervision of a training supervisor.

monthly salary in the court expert position from 1450,- EUR to 1710,- EUR (1050,- EUR during training if no court expert certificate is held), corresponding to salary group 13, office family III, and salary level 9;
