We expect: - higher education in engineering sciences, as well as additional education in the relevant field; - proven knowledge and understanding of building and structure design, construction processes and phases; - at least 3 years of professional experience in BIM project development and process management and/or BIM control and coordination, and management of large, strategically significant construction projects; - ability to set priorities, independently organize and plan your work, as well as work in a team; - skills to express and argue your opinion; - ability to make independent decisions; - skills to analyze large volumes of information; - high sense of responsibility and precision; - good knowledge of BIM tools, products, technologies, standards, and processes; - good technical skills in using work tools and systems (MS Office applications, AutoCAD, web browsers, etc.); - very good knowledge of Latvian language; - English language skills at least B2 level, necessary for material analysis and document preparation in English, ensuring communication; - Category B driver's license; - eID card for performing job duties. General job responsibilities: - implement and maintain the digital BIM system and processes in the Center, develop documentation (including incorporation of BIM requirements in procurement), improvement and development, implementation supervision and control; - manage BIM processes in design and supervision phases, including performing BIM quality control determined by the Center (level of detail compliance verification, model coordination and compatibility verification, etc.); - ensure BIM processes in projects and achievement of goals defined in projects; - define and supervise the Center's BIM requirements in contracts in accordance with project scope of work and expected results; - participate in procurement commissions and perform construction procurement bidder qualification requirement evaluation, technical and financial proposal evaluation, and provide evaluation opinions; - develop internal regulations (procedures) defining BIM-related functions in the Center; - provide methodological and technical support to Center employees in working with BIM; - prepare reports on project task completion progress and achieved results; - conduct (organize) necessary meetings with parties involved in projects to ensure achievement of its goals; - organize cooperation between teams and the Center's external partners; - develop or prepare and format documents in accordance with requirements established in regulatory acts.
