We expect: higher technical education in construction, economics, or business management; we will also consider applications from students; compliance with the requirements of Section 9 of the Law "On State Secrets"; desired understanding of the construction field; desired experience working with document management systems; ability to set priorities, independently organize and plan your work, as well as work in a team; skill to express and argue your opinion; ability to make independent decisions; skill to analyze large volumes of information; high sense of responsibility and accuracy; English language knowledge at least at conversational level, necessary for communication with allies; skill to work with MS Office applications and web browsers at user level; Category B driving license; eID card for performing job duties. Main job responsibilities: conduct general inspections of buildings, structures, and engineering infrastructure, preparing appropriate technical conclusions, inspection reports, and estimates, within your competence; represent the client's interests in resolving issues related to design and construction work; organize, supervise, and conduct project management in accordance with regulatory requirements; organize, supervise, and conduct project implementation management within the specified budget and timeline; receive and verify reports, work completion certificates, and payment invoices submitted by work contractors; conduct (organize) necessary meetings with parties involved in the project to ensure achievement of project objectives; develop or prepare and format documents in accordance with requirements established in regulatory acts. We inform you that the position competition will be conducted in two rounds - during the first round, the competition commission will evaluate the submitted documents and the candidates' compliance with requirements.
