Arts Education Competence Center "National Arts Secondary School" Registration No. 90010937516 We are hiring: project financial specialist (professional code 2412 01) Main job responsibilities: Organize the project and institutional budget planning and execution process. Prepare budget requests, estimates, and resource allocation for the financial year. Ensure the preparation and circulation of all financial documents and oversee their organization in cooperation with outsourced accounting services. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and management reports. Monitor budget execution and cash flow, analyzing the efficiency of allocated funds' use in accordance with approved plans. Provide professional support and consultation to institutional management on financial matters, as well as prepare necessary information for audit requests. Within your area of competence, develop and update internal financial regulatory acts, and participate in working groups and commissions. Requirements for candidates: Academic or second-level professional higher education in economics (economics, accounting, or finance study program) or management (preferably business administration or management science study program). At least three years of relevant professional experience in state administration institution budget and accounting. Knowledge and skills in working with the resource management system Horizon and the document management system Namejs, as well as experience working with MS Office and other software necessary for job duties. Ability to independently solve problems, as well as conceptual, analytical, and critical thinking. Excellent planning, organization, and communication skills. Excellent state language proficiency - C1 level. We offer: Monthly salary for full-time work - 2000.00 euro per month and social benefits.
