Where you will work Segevångsgården is a specialized residential facility focused on dementia care and somatic care with 72 beds, divided into six units all on ground level. You as a night care assistant are an important part of the team and are responsible for our residents' care and well-being under the leadership of nurses and managers. Segevångsgården has a wonderful park-like garden and all units have access to it from the day rooms; additionally, each unit has its own outdoor patio. One unit with 19 residents is for people with somatic illnesses, and the remaining five are for people with dementia, 53 residents. About the role As operations manager, you have overall responsibility for Segevångsgården. The assignment includes responsibility for staff, finances, occupancy and sales, as well as quality. You lead the operation toward established goals and ensure safe care, a sustainable work environment, and good results. In your leadership, you are supported by an assistant operations manager and group leaders, who together with you make up the operation's local management. Through clear responsibility distribution and close collaboration, you create structure, presence, and good conditions for the staff.
