About the Position Discover an exciting opportunity as a technical property manager where your main responsibility is to nurture and strengthen our customer relationships. In your role as a property manager with us, you will work very independently and have the chance to shape your own role and work methods. You will have overall responsibility for customers' technical property management and, in close collaboration with operations, ensure that we deliver according to contract. Your work and performance will be assessed primarily based on customer satisfaction, where your ability to develop and strengthen your customer account through upselling plays a central role. You will be a driving force in actively contributing to building up and developing our business. Your responsibilities include Continuous customer contact and follow-up Technical advice to customers Move-in and move-out inspections Supervisory and maintenance inspections Handling insurance matters Responsibility for operational economics Managing smaller property-related projects We are looking for someone who Has at least 3 years of technical property management experience Has relevant post-secondary education in building technology or similar Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Good experience with office applications and strong IT skills Holds a Class B driver's license To thrive in this role, we believe you as a person Collaborate well with others.
