Student Wanted for Night Shift Work at Terminal!

Are you a student looking for a part-time job that you can combine with your studies? Are you also detail-oriented, responsible, and able to maintain focus during night hours? Then this could be the position for you! As a terminal worker in the valuables department, you will work with mail and shipments that require extra careful handling. This could include shipments of higher value or those that need to be handled and delivered more quickly. This requires that each step is performed correctly and that you stay focused throughout your entire shift. You will work on a smaller, closed department together with approximately 5–6 colleagues. During your shift, you are responsible for your own station and work independently, while colleagues are always nearby for support. Your work tasks include: Sorting and handling letters and packages Sorting into bags, sorting compartments, and cages Registering and scanning shipments with a handheld scanner Ensuring that shipments are handled and registered correctly Keeping track of multiple different tasks during your shift Working hours are scheduled for nighttime, 00.30–05.30. This is a part-time position and is therefore perfect for you if you are studying at least 50% and want to work part-time alongside your studies. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR In this role, your attention to detail, concentration skills, and sense of responsibility are especially important. The work is not particularly physically demanding, but since several different tasks need to be completed correctly, it's important that you can stay alert and focused throughout the entire night shift. We are looking for someone who: Studies at least 50% and has the opportunity to work extra alongside your studies Can work at least 2-3 times per week and up to full-time during peak periods such as Black Friday Is very detail-oriented and responsible Enjoys working nights and can maintain high focus throughout the shift Is self-motivated and comfortable taking responsibility for your own station Finds it easy to follow procedures and manage multiple tasks at the same time Some computer or technical experience is a merit since you will be working with handheld scanners and shipment registration. However, this is not a requirement, as you will be trained on the systems on-site. Previous experience with terminal or warehouse work is a merit but not a requirement.
