About the Role As a service technician, you will work with varied and developing IT issues on-site in Kinda Municipality. Our IT operations are managed by an external provider, and you will be an important link between the provider, the municipality's IT department, and our users. A large part of your daily work consists of user support and management of clients and software. You meet users both digitally and on-site in operations, helping them solve both simple and more complex technical problems. You work closely with your IT department colleagues and maintain ongoing collaboration with our IT operations provider.
