We are looking for you who are interested in working in our activities within elderly care and support services.
Your work tasks
Care work is an important, enjoyable and developmental job. You provide support and assistance to people in their everyday lives. Your working day will be filled with tasks that mainly consist of providing support and service as well as care to those we are here for, based on individual needs and goals.
This can include supporting personal care with intimate hygiene such as body washing, showering and toilet visits as well as dressing and undressing. It can also include assisting with daily chores such as cleaning, laundry, cooking, meals, lifting and transfers, medication management, rehabilitation training and other things that are part of life.
It is also about creating joy and motivation in the individuals we are here for through various activities such as walks, outings, barbecues, coffee breaks and conversations.
Being able to balance goals and needs with the individual's own wishes in a dignified way and with satisfied citizens is what we call our values.
You who are applying
We are looking for you who have an interest in working with other people and service. You must be 18 years old and want to work with Sweden's most important job. It is a merit to have completed upper secondary school education in healthcare and care, children and leisure, psychiatry or other education that the employer considers equivalent. We would also like to see that you have experience of working or having an internship in healthcare and care, but other experience and education are also welcome. Since we are required by law to document our work, it is of great importance that you can express yourself well in Swedish both orally and in writing as well as have good computer skills. In some activities, a B driving license is also required.

Your workplace
We have operations throughout the municipality and within several areas of activity. * Elderly care - within elderly care we work to support and care for older individuals. You work at one of our special residential facilities, at the short-term unit, within home care or our day activity for people with dementia.
*Support services - within support services we assist people with functional variations who have decisions about services according to the LSS. We offer work at, among other things, group homes, service housing, personal assistance and short-term activities for children and young people.

After employment, you notify your availability for work in our personnel system Medvind. Your available time determines how much work you can get.
