The work involves care and nursing work together with wonderful colleagues, where the individual always comes first. Stångågården is Kinda Municipality's smallest elderly care home and consists of 18 apartments distributed across two units: Skogsgläntan with a somatic focus of 12 places and our small dementia-focused unit Lyktan with 6 places. At Stångågården you will work as care staff on both units according to a rotating schedule. Joint planning with home care services also occurs. We are a wonderful and committed team with close and open dialogue with each other.
