We are now looking for two new colleagues for Fyrklövern, within LSS Support Services and our short-term and leisure activities for children and young people.

Who Are You?
We're looking for someone with great commitment to children and young people and who enjoys work where relationships, safety, and individual needs are central.
You are confident, responsible, solution-focused, and attentive. You work well with others while also taking independent responsibility and making decisions in daily work. You see opportunities rather than obstacles and appreciate working with people who have different experiences and perspectives.
You have the ability to plan, structure, and prioritize your work while remaining flexible when situations require it. You are professional in your interactions and have a genuine interest in children and young people's development and well-being. You also need to have experience in care work.
Qualifications
It is advantageous if you have post-secondary education such as:
nursing assistant
support pedagogue
treatment assistant
or other education that the employer deems relevant
We would like to see that you have
experience working within LSS and/or group homes
experience in care work
knowledge and experience with NPF
knowledge of clarifying pedagogy
knowledge of AAC
experience with low-affect communication
good computer skills and experience with social documentation
good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both spoken and written
Category B driver's license
Great weight will be placed on personal suitability.

Extent: 80–100 percent
Working hours: Scheduled work days, evenings, and weekends.
Start date: Immediately or by agreement.
