About the Position Home Care Services in Kinda Municipality is looking for a registered nurse for free and stimulating work in a beautiful environment! Home Care Services is part of the Care and Services Administration in Kinda Municipality. The health and medical care responsibilities of Home Care Services include patients in ordinary housing, the municipality's special housing forms and daily activities within elderly care and disability support, as well as short-term housing. We also provide specialized home care (LAH) and are responsible for near-care beds linked with the municipality's short-term beds. As a nurse, you'll share care responsibilities with the team for a geographical area or units at special housing facilities. The team from Home Care Services includes nurses, nursing assistants, occupational therapists, physiotherapists and rehabilitation assistants. You'll also work closely with Kisa Health Center. The tasks are varied and our patients are of all ages. Kinda Municipality works toward good and accessible care including digitalization with several ongoing projects designed to improve patients' ability to remain in their own homes. The patient's opportunity to influence their own care is important to us. Qualifications We're looking for you – a registered nurse with interest in home care who wants to work in a smaller organization as part of a stable work team. It's an advantage if you have specialized training in elderly care or as a district nurse, and if you have previous home care experience. We seek a colleague who communicates with patients, relatives and the team in a responsive and empathetic manner. You have the ability to see the whole picture and based on this prioritize your efforts, which requires good teamwork ability and interest. You have an independent and flexible work style and can adapt to the organization's needs and changes. A driver's license and good spoken and written Swedish language skills are required. It's a plus if you've worked for some time since graduation. You need to be able to work independently and make your own decisions. Being responsive and empathetic is natural for you, as is having a holistic perspective in working with people.
