Your tasks
As team leader for the Family Team, you are responsible for coordinating, leading, and distributing daily work. The work group is responsible for providing structured outpatient interventions to children and young people aged 0-20 years and their families, both through assistance decisions and interventions without needs assessment. You are responsible for ensuring that treatment processes proceed efficiently and correctly. You will also be responsible for case supervision with individual employees and in groups. As a team leader, you facilitate team meetings and participate in collaboration forums together with other team leaders. You also participate in intervention forums and are part of the management team. Your duties also include quality and evaluation responsibility as well as follow-up of documentation. You report directly to the unit manager.
We are facing an exciting development journey where our municipality is investing in strengthening and developing support for children, young people, and families. Over the coming years, we will build and develop interventions with a focus on home-based solutions and school social issues, while implementing Signs of Safety in the operations. Here you will have the opportunity to shape, develop, and lead the work forward.
The families receiving interventions from the Family Team have a need for social support due to psychosocial difficulties and require flexible and intensive interventions to stabilize and create change. Interventions are designed and coordinated in close collaboration with the family, which helps provide them with the best possible support and increase motivation for change. Your work aims to help the team find and lead flexible solutions that can prevent placements and promote home-based support.
Your workplace
You will become part of Kinda Municipality's Family Team, which today consists of 11 dedicated colleagues with a shared focus on providing support to children, young people, and families. The team is located at Stjärnebo on Storgatan 38 in Kisa, where you work close to each other on a daily basis.
