The purpose of short-term residence is to provide relief to relatives and users with a change of environment. The work includes the ability to meet individuals' needs for guidance and care with respect for self-determination, independence, and integrity. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who wants to work with people with physical, mental, and/or neuropsychiatric disabilities. We would prefer that you have upper secondary education in care or child and leisure education with a focus on developmental disabilities, social work, or other education with similar focus or equivalent experience. It is an advantage if you have previous experience working in LSS services and/or short-term residential facilities. You should be responsible and have a positive mindset. It is a requirement that you have experience with the target group. You demonstrate good judgment and understand that you yourself influence situations through what you say and do. You should be open to new ideas, take initiative, be flexible, have the ability to work long-term, have good collaboration skills, and maintain a professional approach.
