In our adaptation for the future of social services, we have divided our operations into first and second line social services, where prevention and support is one of four areas within IFO. Our area consists of units within reception, family law, relationship violence teams, prevention and assistance-assessed interventions, as well as administrative tasks and other support functions. The Open Care for Children unit carries out assistance-assessed interventions in the form of family treatment, youth treatment workers, RePulse, intensive family treatment, and more. The unit consists of three teams: a family treatment team, a youth treatment team, and an intensive family treatment team, all working to ensure that children and young people grow up in good living conditions. Open care is facing an exciting development where interventions are shaped in close collaboration with other key actors in the field, continuously developing and adapting to the needs we encounter among children and young people to offer the best support.
