Within first-line social services, we meet children and young people assessed as needing assistance-determined interventions preceded by investigation, and we follow up on these assistance-determined interventions. We work with a target group focus and team-based approach throughout the entire process, which means we coordinate investigations and interventions based on evidence and knowledge-based methods in collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders. First-line social services consists of units within the preventive area and assistance-determined open care interventions for children and young people. Each unit is led by a unit manager and the area as a whole by an area manager. The Open Care for Children unit implements assistance-determined interventions in the form of family treatment, Social intervention group, Mini-Maria, youth treatment specialists, rePULSE, and intensive family treatment. Open care is facing an exciting development where interventions are shaped in close collaboration with other important actors in the field with the aim of constantly developing and adapting to the needs we encounter in children and young people to provide the best possible support. Your Assignment Stigen is a highly valued operation that has existed in Haninge Municipality since 2012 and is known for its flexible approach and its remarkable ability to meet young people according to their individual needs. We who work at Stigen meet young people between 11-17 years old who have been granted the rePULSE or youth treatment specialist interventions through social services.
