Welcome to grow with us Are you ready for the next step in your career? Now you have the opportunity to join our team working with young people at risk of crime, which consists of experienced social workers and a team leader. Haninge Municipality is a forward-thinking municipality. In 2023, we were among the first municipalities to establish a first and second-line social service, a step in our adaptation to the future of social services and the new Social Services Act. In our operations, we meet children who need coordinated and comprehensive interventions preceded by investigation. In our work, we start from a target group focus in which we investigate and coordinate interventions based on evidence and knowledge-based methods and in collaboration with other societal actors. The operations consist of four units: a children's unit, a youth unit, a unit for interventions and specialist functions, and a unit for foster care and contact services. Each unit is led by a unit manager and the teams are led by team leaders. We work in a family-oriented and team-based manner for the best interests of our children and young people. We who work here are knowledgeable and committed to our work. We care about each other and prioritize maintaining good morale in our teams. We want our work to be characterized by consensus, quality, and legal security, and we believe it is important to develop in our work. In order to strengthen our quality and create conditions for you as a social worker to use your skills efficiently and with the best interests of children and young people in focus, we have chosen to invest in the following support functions: An established structure for regular support such as case reviews and external supervision. Specialist social workers with a cross-operational mandate for areas such as methodology support, implementation, introduction, and ongoing training. A structured onboarding plan for new employees. Operations developers to support our continued development with target group-oriented working methods. SIP coordinators to support strengthening the quality of SIP meetings and ensure that children and young people who need it are offered SIP meetings. Placement coordinators to support finding external placement options and managing agreements. Administrators tasked with relieving and supporting social workers. Structured assessment tools with risk and needs assessments to identify and prevent children from becoming involved in crime. A structure that enables remote work for those who wish it and based on operational needs. We are looking for social workers who want to be challenged together with us and be part of our exciting development. Your Assignment Social worker within investigation 0-17 years, with a focus on young people at risk of crime. You investigate children and young people's need for protection and support, and follow up on approved interventions. We work in close collaboration with the child, their network, school, and police. The work is supported by BBIC, SAVRY/EARL, and Signs of Safety. The work includes close collaboration with internal and external partners. The team, Young People at Risk of Crime, has existed since 2019 and the caseworkers have good experience in social work and with the target group. The work requires adaptability as both working methods and approaches develop as new laws and regulations are adopted, or new research is released.
